President Mamnoon visits Tajik national museum

DUSHANBE: President Mamnoon Hussain on Wednesday visited the National Museum of Tajikistan here in Dushanbe.

The museum building consists of 22 small and large exhibition halls that exhibit nature, antiquity, the Middle Ages, modern and contemporary history, and fine and applied arts.

The President visited various sections of the museum and took keen interest in the antiques and artifacts exhibited in the museum.

The President, who was in Dushanbe on a four-day official visit, also recorded his comments in the visitors book placed in the museum.

The President on this occasion was also presented a souvenir.
