Samoan prop Afatia signs for Bordeaux

BÈGLES: Samoan international prop Viliamu Afatia has left Paris club Racing 92 and signed on with rival Top 14 outfit Bordeaux, his new club's president Laurent Marti told AFP on Thursday.

The 28-year-old Afatia spent four years at second flight Agen before joining Racing in 2016 and has played 17 times for Samoa.

Bordeaux have already added Australian international winger Etonia Nabuli to their squad after he joined from Queensland Reds.
