KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Tuesday at 22,855.24 points with a positive change of 391.19 and volume of 70,824,200 shares. High and Low were 22,885.51 and 22,508.37 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 27 were up, 3 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 120,301,210 shares. Total companies traded were 356 of which 232 were positive, 100 were negative and 24 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 15,125,300 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 15,036,750 shares.
