Governor, Shah Gee discuss FATA merger significance

PESHAWAR: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has said that Pakistan came into being during the holy month of Ramadan and the merger of FATA and KP also took place during this holy month that was a great favor of Allah for us and especially for the people of tribal belt.

This he said during a meeting with MNA from FATA, Haji Shah Gee Gul at Governor House here on Monday.

The Governor said FATA merger was a golden chapter in the history of our country for which all the countrymen in general and FATA people in particular deserved to be congratulated.

The Governor further said that after merger, a new era of peace and prosperity will take place in tribal area.
