Gold up at Rs47,957

gold KARACHI: Gold moved up by Rs129 to close at Rs47,957 per 10 grams in the local market Wednesday as its international price improved to $ 1,641 an ounce, market sources said.

According to Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also went up by Rs150 to Rs55,950.

Silver closed unchanged at Rs857.14 per 10 grams.
