KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Tuesday at 22,999.63 points with a positive change of 686.73 and volume of 87,325,500 shares. High and Low were 23,041.12 and 22,344.06 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 30 were up, 0 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 140,845,730 shares. Total companies traded were 350 of which 280 were positive, 58 were negative and 12 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 27,341,750 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 23,708,600 shares.
