Pakistan wiped out terrorism with great determination: Khurram

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan Friday said Pakistan had wiped out terrorism on its soil with great determination and its law enforcing agencies were fighting against terrorists for complete eradication of this menace from the country.

Talking to a private news channel, the minister said our Armed forces had successfully eliminated terrorism from North Waziristan and destroyed all nurseries of terrorists from the area and it was a peaceful place now.

He said despite threats Pakistan always wanted to establish good relations with the United States (US).

Replying to a question, he said US wanted to pressurize Pakistan by using different tactics.

Khurram Dastgir said relations between Pakistan and Russia were strengthening day by day and both the countries had signed a defence treaty.

He said Pakistan and China were enjoying deep, long lasting and brotherly relations and China was investing a huge amount for removing energy shortage from the country.
