JOHANNESBURG: South Africa's new vehicle sales rose 3.6 percent year-on-year to 36,346 units in April, data from the trade and industry department showed on Wednesday.
Exports inched up 0.8 percent to 24,422 units compared with the same month a year earlier, the department said.
