Adulterated fertilizer, pesticides seized

FAISALABAD: Divisional Task Force seized adulterated fertilizer and pesticides worth Rs 469,000 in different raids and dumped the same.

Director Agriculture Ch Abdul Hameed said here Tuesday the task force also got registered cases against 16 fertilizer and pesticide dealers in all the four districts of the division.

He said that campaign against adulteration is continued with put any discrimination.

He said that teams are raiding on downs and stores of fertilizer and imposing fines on overcharging. He said that all steps are being taken to extend benefits of kissan package to farmers.
