ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE-10) here on Friday witnessed bearish trend as the index was down by 34.35 to close at 2435.47 as compared to the previous day's trading.
Stock Analyst, Ismail Iqbal Pvt Ltd, Jeewan told APP that the resistance pressure seemed in the local market at this level of index.
He said that the majority of investors had preferred to off- load their position at the strength and some investors took positions in selected scrips.
The volume of total shares traded was 3,860, which was down by 30,680 as compared to the previous day's closing.
Out of 101 companies' shares traded, the price of 42 was increased while the price of 59 decreased.
The price of top gainer Unilever Pakistan was increased by Rs.57.00 while the price of top loser Tri-Pack Films decreased by Rs.7.59.
Lotte Pakistan PTA, Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim (FFBL) and Pakistan Petroleum remained volume leader on Friday, with volume of 1,660, 700 and 600 shares respectively.
