KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 24,945.39 points with a negative change of -335.85 and volume of 85,198,900 shares. High and Low were 25,424.26 and 24,945.39 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 21 were up, 5 were down and 4 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 156,038,200 shares. Total companies traded were 382 of which 115 were positive, 249 were negative and 18 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 8,529,950 shares. It was followed by Fertilizer with a total traded volume of 6,153,200 shares.
