PESHAWAR: The district administration while taking action against business of selling expired cosmetic products here Friday arrested a shopkeeper and initiated legal action against him.
The action was taken under the headship of Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC) Fazal Raheem.
Several shops selling cosmetic products were inspected and a shop owner was arrested for selling expired products.
The team also found that cosmetic products expired even a year before were available for the sale at the shop.
The AAC on this occasion warned the shopkeepers to avoid selling expired products otherwise stern legal action would be initiated against them.
