Democracy will continue to prevail in country: CJP

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has said that democracy will continue to prevail in the country and nobody will be allowed to harm the constitution.

He was addressing a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday.

The Chief Justice rejected the rumors with regard to judicial martial law and said that these rumors are being spread under a plan.

He said that the services of Asma Jahangir for the country are unforgettable and she has a pivotal role for human rights.
