MOSCOW: Inflationary expectations among Russian households were nearly unchanged in March after a decline in February, the central bank said on Wednesday.
The central bank tracks inflationary expectations to adjust its interest rate, which it trimmed to 7.25 percent last month as annual inflation hovered near all-time lows of around 2.2 percent.
The central bank also said in a monthly report that the current inflation pattern should help further lower inflationary expectations.
