SAO PAULO: US District Judge Richard Berman has granted a motion to dismiss a class action suit against Embraer SA, the Brazilian planemaker said on Tuesday.
In a securities filing, Embraer said some shareholders were seeking damages as they claimed the company had disclosed misleading information to the market. The ruling can be appealed, Embraer said.
