ISTANBUL: Turkey's trade deficit widened 27.89 percent year-on-year in March, to reach $5.82 billion, data from the customs and trade ministry showed on Monday.
Exports rose 8.01 percent to reach $15.6 billion and imports jumped 12.8 percent to $21.4 billion in the same period, the data showed.
