Pakistan’s expected squad for West Indies T20I series

Pakistan is all set to welcome international cricket back in Karachi after nine years, as West Indies are due to play three-match Twenty 20 International series at the National Stadium starting from April 1.

After the successful end of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has now set their site on the upcoming tour of West Indies in Karachi. The 15-member squad of the national side is expected to be announced today with many new faces likely to take the centre stage.

Like past two seasons of the league, some of the emerging stars have made their mark in the tournament and now are expected to be part of the national side for the upcoming international event in the provincial capital of Sindh, Karachi.

Hussain Talat, Hasan Khan, Ibtisam Sheikh, Asif Ali, Sahibzada Ferhan, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Agha Salman were a few names who made their name in the cricketing arena.

With just a few days remaining in the start of the series, the national team’s squad is expected to announce today.

Expected squad: Sarfraz Ahmed (Captain), Mohammad Amir, Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Nawaz, Hasan Ali, Shadab Khan, Fakhar Zaman, Sahibzada Ferhan /Agha Salman, Asif Ali, Hussian Talat, Shoaib Malik, Ahmed Shehzad, Babar Azam, Haris Sohail, Aamer Yamin.
