Gold price rises Rs1,200 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Monday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola rose to Rs437,536 after a gain of Rs1,200 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at 375,116 after it increased by Rs1,029, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Saturday, gold price per tola reached Rs436,336 after a loss of Rs4,300 during the day.

The international rate of gold was up by $12 to reach $4,150 per ounce.

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs66 to reach Rs6,588 per tola, a new all-time high.
