KARACHI: A total of eight ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them two ships, W Lion and PGC Yiannios left the port on Thursday morning, while two more ships, Burgan and Cumbria are expected to sail on Thursday afternoon.
Cargo volume of 113,093 tones comprising 113,093 tones imports cargo and 1,334 export cargo was handled at the port during last 24 hours. There are 21 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them four ships, Sheng An Hai, Nave Cielo, Arkas and BSG Bimini & two more ships, MSC Silvia and Patreas scheduled to load/offload Cement, Mogas, Coal, Container and LPG are expected to take berths MW-1, FOTCO, PIBT, QICT and SSGC respectively on Thursday 27th August, 2026.
