ISLAMABAD: At the invitation of Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister (DPM/FM), Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic, arrived in Pakistan on Wednesday for a two-day official visit.
The Syrian Foreign Minister is accompanied by a high-level official delegation.
During the visit, the two sides will hold in-depth discussions on the entire spectrum of bilateral relations, review avenues for further enhancing bilateral cooperation, and exchange views on regional and international developments.
The visit marks an important step towards further strengthening Pakistan-Syria relations and advancing cooperation between the two countries.
