LAHORE: NESPAK, Pakistan’s premier consulting engineering organization, has set an all-time record by securing 180 new engineering projects, both at home and abroad, during fiscal year 2025-26, Acting Managing Director Ahsan Anwar announced here on Tuesday.

Of these, 172 were national and 8 international projects, together carrying substantial financial value and reinforcing NESPAK’s standing in domestic and global markets. The projects span transportation, energy, water resources, urban development and public infrastructure.

Landmark assignments underway include the Battery Energy Storage System for Saudi Electricity Company, mass transit systems in Faisalabad and Gujranwala, the K-IV Augmentation Works in Karachi, a high-tension transmission line in Makkah, a road project in Oman, and a diesel-fired power plant in Yemen, reflecting NESPAK’s expanding footprint across the Middle East and South Asia.

Officials said the organization remains engaged in hundreds of projects nationwide, ranking among the most profitable state-owned enterprises. Anwar credited the achievement to the dedication of NESPAK’s professional staff and its founding vision of world-class, self-reliant engineering consultancy.
