LAHORE: Former Prime Minister and Pakistan People’s Party Central Punjab President Raja Pervez Ashraf, General Secretary Syed Hassan Murtaza, Senior Vice President Rana Farooq Saeed and Information Secretary Shahzad Saeed Cheema have strongly condemned the brutal murder of Tehsil President People’s Youth Pakpattan Islam Shah Khaga and demanded immediate arrest and punishment of those involved in the incident.

In their joint condemnation statement, the leaders of Pakistan Peoples Party Central Punjab said that those who brutally murdered Islam Shah Khaga and disabled his wife do not deserve any leniency. The role of the local police in this tragic incident shows a very sad and criminal negligence.
