Engro Fertilizers Limited (EFERT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engro Corporation Limited, announced on Wednesday the appointment of Imran Ahmed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The development was shared in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
“This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Engro Fertilizers Limited have approved the appointment of Imran Ahmed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, for the remainder of the term ending on the date of the next election of directors,” read the notice.
Ahmed shall join the company on May 11, 2026, it added.
The development comes months after the resignation of Ali Rathore as CEO of Engro Fertilizers Limited.
