Russia offers sanctioned LNG to Asia at discount of 40%, Bloomberg News says

Russia seeks to lure South Asian nations to buy shipments from its US-sanctioned facilities with large discounts, leveraging a global natural gas supply crunch, Bloomberg News said on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
