Pakistan, BD discuss ME situation

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Bangladesh have expressed serious concern over the evolving situation in the Middle East and the wider region, as well as its implications and wider consequences for regional peace and stability.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, spoke on Wednesday with Dr Khalilur Rahman, the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh.

Reaffirming their commitment to strengthening Pakistan-Bangladesh relations, both sides agreed to continue close engagement to advance bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
