KARACHI: Faysal Bank Limited (FBL) reported Profit Before Tax (PBT) of PKR 47 billion and net profit of PKR 21.7 billion translating into Earnings Per Share PKR 14.30 for the year 2025. The Bank also declared a final cash dividend of Rs 2 per share, i.e. 20 percent.

This results in a cumulative cash dividend payout of Rs 6.5 (65 percent) per share for the year, which includes Rs 4.5 (45 percent) interim cash dividend distributed during the year.

FBL’s balance sheet showed robust growth and total assets were at PKR 1.8 trillion, driven by strong deposit mobilization. Growth in current accounts remained robust, crossing half a trillion mark to PKR 536 billion i.e., 31.3 percent growth over December 2024. Bank’s total deposits increased by 36.7 percent to PKR 1.43 trillion as at December 2025, with market share improving from 3.45 percent to 3.81 percent.

FBL’s net financing increased by 37.6 percent to PKR 872 billion as at December 2025, with market share improving from 4.2 percent to 6.1 percent. ADR strengthened to 61.1 percent as at Dec’25 from 60.7 percent at Dec’24. The Bank’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is at 14.0 percent and remains above the minimum regulatory requirement for 2025.Asset quality continued to improve with the infection ratio declining to 2.3 percent as compared to 3.6 percent last year.
