JHANG: Four people including former president of Jhang District Bar Association (JDBA) Advocate Muneer Ahmad Khan Sadhana died when two unidentified motorcyclists opened fire on his vehicle in Jhang on Saturday.
Sources said that the driver of the vehicle died on the spot, and Advocate Muneer Ahmad Sadhana received serious wounds.
The lawyer was immediately shifted to the Trauma Centre, but he breathed his last in the hospital. An unidentified passerby was also killed from the gunfire in the incident.
The gunmen escaped from the scene after committing the crime Soon after receiving the report, Deputy Commissioner Ali Akbar, District Police Officer (DPO) Bilal Iftikhar reached the Trauma Center. Later, the police shifted the dead body of Muneer Ahmad Sadhana to the hospital mortuary.
