Pakistan Railways upgrades Lasani Express

LAHORE: The Pakistan Railways has announced another step towards improving passenger services with the upgradation of Lasani Express which operates between Lahore and Sialkot.

The refurbished train was formally inaugurated at Lahore Railway Station by Additional General Manager Yousuf Khan and Chief Commercial Manager Tariq Sipra.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, railway officials said that the Lasani Express has been fully overhauled, featuring 10 coaches while travel time will be of four hours and fifteen minutes.
