ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Tuesday lauded the launch of Pakistan’s first Chromebook Assembly Line and the Google–Pakistan Partnership, saying that it is a “landmark step” in advancing the government’s digitalisation drive.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dar noted that these milestones reflect the vision and guidance of the prime minister, whose digital transformation agenda is now being realized through concrete initiatives and partnerships.
The deputy prime minister appreciated collaboration with Google and expressed Pakistan’s commitment to further deepening this mutually beneficial partnership.
He underscored Pakistan’s resolve to foster innovation, empower youth, and build a future-ready digital economy through global partnerships and national determination.
