LAHORE: The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and Bookme, an online ticket-booking platform, have signed an agreement to enhance digital payments through PayZen.
PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf and Bookme Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faizan Aslam signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, said a PITB spokesperson here on Wednesday.
The event was also attended by PITB Additional Director General (ADG) Khurram Mushtaq, Project Director Haroon Rasul Khokhar, Joint Directors Syed Ijlal Hussain and Shehzad Mehmood, Senior Program Manager (SPM) Aamir Ali Khan, Program Manager Umer Saleem, and PR Executive Omar Akhtar.
During the ceremony, PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf provided a comprehensive briefing on the services offered by PayZen, emphasising the platform’s efficiency, transparency, and security in the digital payment landscape.
Bookme CEO Faizan Aslam expressed appreciation for the innovative efforts introduced by PITB through PayZen.
