Futures spread down 455bps

KARACHI: The futures spread declined by 455bps to 13.56 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter improved as average daily volumes surged by 171.5 percent to 318.69 million shares during this week as compared to previous week’s average of 117.40 million shares.

Average daily traded value on the futures counter increased by 174.5 percent to Rs 12.57 billion during this week against previous week’s Rs 4.58 billion.
