Customers of Tier-1 retailers: FBR to hold first draw of prize scheme on Jan 15

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will hold the first draw of the prize scheme for the lucky winners/customers of integrated Tier-1 retailers on January 15, 2022.

According to an announcement of the FBR here on Friday, to attract the general public to make purchases from only registered retailers, the FBR will announce monthly prize of Rs53 million.

The FBR has categorised prizes into four categories under the prize scheme for the shoppers and customers of integrated tier-1 retailers.

First prize of Rs1,000,000 would be given to the lucky winner/customer of integrated Tier-1 retailers.

Details of the prizes revealed four prizes 250,000 each; 1,000 prizes of 50,000 each and two prizes of Rs500,000 each.

The computerised draw for the prizes of customers of integrated tier-1 retailers will be held every month at the FBR Headquarters.

The buyers from the integrated tier-1 retailers from December 2021 would be eligible to participate in the lucky draw every month.

The FBR will launch the campaign about the prize scheme from December 11.

The customers of integrated tier-1 retailer, whose names and the computerised national identity card numbers (CNICs) are notified through random computerised draw shall be entitled to prizes in respect of their purchases from these big retailers.
