KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 21.825 billion and the number of lots traded at 21,421.

Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 8.330 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 5.914 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.268 million), DJ (PKR 1.648 billion), Copper (PKR 978.051 million), Silver (PKR 892,350 million), Crude Oil (PKR 817.947 million), Platinum (PKR 597.466 million), SP500 (PKR 195.942 million) and Natural Gas (PKR 182.088 million).

In Agricultural Commodities, 5 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.463 million were traded.
