KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 8.366 billion and the number of lots traded at 10,348.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 4.356 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.373 billion, NSDQ 100 PKR 1.176 billion, silver PKR 551.927 million, copper PKR 257.947 million, platinum PKR 204.372 million, crude oil PKR 155.739 million, DJ PKR 143.086 million, natural gas PKR 114.309 million and SP500 PKR 32.266 million.
In Agricultural Commodities, one lot of cotton amounting to PKR 0.634 million was traded.
