Futures spread inches up

KARACHI: The futures spread inched up by 01bps to 8.35 percent on the last day of outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter improved significantly as average daily volumes increased by 310.7 percent to 203.60 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 49.57 million shares. Average daily trading value on the futures counter surged by 248.3 percent to Rs 8.22 billion during this week.
