Social media amid Covid-19: Ilma holds virtual conference

KARACHI: Ilma University organized an International Virtual Conference on 'Transformative Role Social Media amid Covid-19,' under the aegis of Faculty of Media & Design. Eminent keynote speakers were invited from prestigious universities around the world propagate on the varied influences of social media during the pandemic.

Prominent papers were presented by researchers, academicians and students pursuing the different study programmes or associated with reputable organizations. As stated by Dr Donna Halper eminent keynote speaker), "We are here today in the virtual conference due to the undeniable connectivity of social media which has bridged the gap amazingly well so this truly rules in its favour."
