Futures spread declined by 591bps

KARACHI: The futures spread declined by 591bps to 5.64 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter remained thin as average daily volumes decreased by 35.4 percent to 118.82 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 183.83 million shares.

Average daily trading value on the futures counter declined by 31.3 percent and stood at Rs 5.23 billion during this week.
