Italy's 6-month BOT bill yield falls to lowest level since April 2018
- A BOT bill expiring in March 2021 fetched a -0.392pc gross yield, compared with -0.330pc at the previous auction in August and -0.421pc in April 2018.
MILAN: Italy's 6-month BOT bill yield fell to the lowest level since April 2018, on Friday as the risk of a snap election faded after Sunday's regional vote.
A BOT bill expiring in March 2021 fetched a -0.392pc gross yield, compared with -0.330pc at the previous auction in August and -0.421pc in April 2018.
The Treasury sold 6.5 billion euros at the Friday auction.
