Akram Bhindar joins PML-Q

LAHORE: Former federal minister and PTI ticket holder Shahid Akram Bhindar and independent candidate Waleed Akram Bhindar called on Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi and Federal Housing Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema here on Tuesday and announced to join Pakistan Muslim League.

Welcoming Shahid Akram Bhindar in the party fold, Elahi said: "Our doors are opened for patriotic and those having concern about the people. If politics is done as service to the people, then there is no better service to humanity."

Bhindar said that the PTI is being ruled by nepotism. The people of his constituency ask about development works and it has become difficult to face them, he added.
