LAHORE: With the collaboration of Al-Khair Foundation, Sarwar Foundation will install 10 water filtration plants in different areas of Punjab.

Perveen Sarwar, wife of Punjab Governor and Vice-Chair Sarwar Foundation, disclosed this while talking to media here on Saturday.

She said they had already installed 10 water filtration plants in different areas of Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan, all of which were operational and were providing clean drinking water to scores of people.

"We are installing the water filtration plants across Pakistan with the collaboration of Al-Khair Foundation in those areas where people are deprived of this basic facility and they suffer from various water-borne diseases," she added.

According to her, the work on water filtration plants in Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Khuzdar, Balochistan, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Pakpattan, Toba Tek Singh and Sheikhupura is under way and these Filtration Plants will be inaugurated very soon.
