BRASILIA: Brazil President Michel Temer said his country is locked in a diplomatic clash with Venezuela, according to a radio interview on Friday, criticizing its neighbor as its President Nicolas Maduro consolidates power and its economic crisis deepens.
Temer said in an interview with Radio Guaiba that he disagreed with how things are progressing in Venezuela, noting that thousands of refugees have crossed the border into the northern Brazilian state of Roraima.
