HBL Money Market Fund, HBL Income Fund and HBL Islamic Money Market Fund declare third interim dividend for year ending June 30, 2012. The Board of Directors of HBL Asset Management Limited and the Management Company of HBL Money Market Fund, HBL Income Fund and HBL Islamic Money Market Fund, in its meeting held on Thursday announced third interim dividend in the form of bonus units for 'A' and 'B' classes of units and cash dividend for 'C' class units for the year ending June 30, 2012.
HBL Money Market Fund The Board has approved third interim dividend at Rs 2.75 per unit in the form of bonus units for 'A' & 'B' classes of units and cash dividend of Rs 2.75 per unit for class 'C' units for the year ending June 30, 2012.
HBL Income Fund The Board has approved third interim dividend at Rs 2.50 per unit in the form of bonus units for 'A' & 'B' classes of units and cash dividend of Rs 2.50 per unit for class 'C' units for the year ending June 30, 2012.
HBL Islamic Money Market Fund The Board has approved third interim dividend at Rs 2.50 per unit in the form of bonus units for 'A' & 'B' classes of units and cash dividend of Rs 2.50 per unit for class 'C' units for the year ending June 30, 2012.
For HBL Money Market Fund, HBL Income Fund and HBL Islamic Money Market Fund, the bonus units will be issued based on the Ex-Dividend Net Asset Value (NAV) as on April 17, 2012. Unit holders, who have opted to en-cash the bonus Units at the Ex-Dividend NAV, will receive cash payout based on Ex-Dividend NAV as on April 17, 2012 for HBL Money Market Fund, HBL Income Fund and HBL Islamic Money Market Fund. Unit holders whose names are included in the register on these dates will be entitled to Cash Dividend / Bonus Units respectively.
HBL Asset Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of HBL. It manages six open end funds and two Voluntary Pension Schemes with assets under management of Rs 14.8 billion and assets under advisory services of around Rs 15 billion as on April 18, 2012.-PR
