A delegation led by Moroccan Chief Justice, called on Lahore High Court Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and discussed matters of mutual interest here on Thursday. The delegation included Chief Justice Morocco Mustafa Faress, President of Chamber at the Court of Cassation, Brahim Zaim, President of Chamber at the Court of Cassation, Ahmed Benzakour, President of Chamber at the Court of Cassation, Abderrahmane Mesbahi El Aouame and Ambassador of Kingdom of Morocco in Pakistan, Mohammad Rida EL Fassi.
Guests evinced keen interest in the judicial system and different phases of dispensation of justice prevalent in Pakistan. LHC CJ Sheikh Azmat Saeed while talking to delegation said it was an honour for him to welcome such a high level judicial delegation from brotherly Islamic country. He said unending relationship existed between both the countries due to strong bonds of common religion of Islam and its traditions.
Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court, Agha Rafiq Ahmad Khan along with Justice Muhammad Jahangir Arshad and Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Lahore High Court, Justice Sagheer Ahmad Qadri, Justice Nasir Syed Sheikh, Justice Sh. Najam ul Hasan, and Justice Ali Baqar Najfi were also present on the occasion.
