UBL to install ATM on GCU premises

The United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced establishing a model branch at the Government College University (GCU) Lahore and installing two high-quality ATM machines on the university premises. The announcement was made by UBL Group Head Sales Ali Husanian while addressing a gathering of GCU faculty members at the historical Bukhari Auditorium.
The gathering was chaired by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Muhammad Khaleeq-ur-Rahman. UBL General Manager Central Joudat Hussain, Regional Business Head Iftikhar Hameed Khan, District Manager Sheikh Tariq and GCU UBL Branch Manager Sarfraz Ahmad Virk were also present on the occasion. UBL executives Ali Husanian and Joudat Hussain said that the relations of GCU and UBL went back to 50 years and it is high to strengthen them to optimum level.
He said that UBL has decided to extended all its modern banking facilities to GCU, its employees and students including Pay Plus, Cash Management, Cash Line, Credit Cards, Viz Cars, Pardes Card and E-banking. The UBL management also pledged to sponsor and support academic activities in the GC University Lahore. Sarfraz Ahmad Virk said that he is proud to be an Old Ravian and wished to work as a strong link between his alma mater and bank.
