Bears dominate ISE proceedings

Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE 10 Index was down by 14.70 points as it moved from 2,791.09 to 2,776.39 points. The overall turnover amounted to 460,253 shares as compared to previous turnover of 383,650 shares.
Total 135 companies were involved in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (87) closed in negative territory, 48 landed in plus column. The volume of SILK Bank Limited was 300,000 shares. That of Bank of Punjab was 76,500 shares. The turnover of Fauji Cement Company was 30,000 shares.
