Sindh chief secretary for timely clearance of utility bills

Chief Secretary Sindh, Raja Muhammad Abbas, has asked the administrative secretaries to depute a responsible officer in each department specifically to deal with the utilities bills ie KESC, KW&SB and SSGC with a view to ensure timely clearance of the bills and reconciling them, if need be.
He was presiding over a meeting at the Sindh Secretariat here on Monday. The Chief Secretary noted that bills should have been paid in time so that facilities could continue. He advised the Secretaries of Health, Local Government, Public Health Engineering and livestock and Fisheries departments to settle the KW&SB dues within a couple of days.
