MOSCOW: Russia's energy minister Alexander Novak said on Friday that Russia's oil output in January was down by 301,200 barrels per day (bpd) compared to its October, 2016 output, which was set as the benchmark in an OPEC and non-OPEC production cut agreement.
Russia was fully complying with its duties as outlined in the joint agreement with OPEC, Novak added.
