Yet another skirmish between two students' organisations was witnessed at Government Ship Owner College that left a student injured on Tuesday. According to police the clash between Pakhtoon Student Federation (Puk-SF) and Islami Jamiat Tulba (IJT) was reported at Government Ship Owner College in the limits of Sharah Noor Jahan Police Station.
All educational activities were suspended when the workers of IJT and Puk-SF charged each other with batons, rods and other lethal tools, leaving a student namely Saad, 21 son of Mohammad Rafiq injured. Police shifted the injured to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medical treatment. They said that both organisations engaged in a scuffle a petty issue of playing cricket match in college ground. No person was arrested and no case was registered till filing of this report.
