Al-Khidmat Welfare Society has organised a day-long free medical camp at Behar Colony to facilitate the poor people of the area here. General physician and eye Specialist examined the patients in the camp and prescribed them medicines, which were also provided to them free of cost. Laboratory tests, including blood and sugar were also conducted free of cost on the occasion.
Patron-in-Chief Al-Khidmat Welfare Society Mohammad Hussian Mehnti, Chief JI South Raja Arif Sultan, General Secretary JI Zone Lyari Syed Azmatullah and other area notables were also present on the occasion. On the occasion Mohammad Hussain Mehnti said that society is endeavouring to facilitate the poor masses. "It is the prime responsibility of the government to provide healthcare facilities to citizens but it failed miserably", Mehnti said.
