A citizen has approached the Lahore High Court against a PPP Senator Chaudhry Aitzaz praying to declare him disqualified from being member Senate. The petitioner Tariq Mehmood contended that Aitzaz is defaulter of agriculture and professional tax. He, therefore, prayed to the court to declare Aitzaz as disqualified under article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
